Your New Role As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that all inspection, rework, and quality control activities are executed perfectly. You manage a team of Inspectors or Operators on the production line, within Quality Control Centers (QCC), or in safety-delimited zones. Your mission is to maintain a smooth workflow, guarantee strict adherence to quality standards, and ensure accurate data reporting. Key Responsibilities Supervision: Oversee daily inspection and rework tasks based on specific job cards or inspection sheets. Quality Control: Guarantee product conformity to customer standards before release and conduct first-off checks and line audits. Team Leadership: Allocate tasks based on skill and workload, while motivating the team to meet shift targets for efficiency and quality. Training: Onboard new team members regarding job-specific tasks, work instructions, and the correct use of PPE. Process Management: Support problem-solving by providing accurate defect data and maintaining 5S standards across the work area. Logistics & Safety: Ensure proper labeling and segregation of OK/NOK parts to prevent cross-contamination and maintain full traceability. Reporting: Record and submit production and quality data at the end of every shift. Escalation: Promptly report material shortages, safety concerns, or performance issues to the Shift Leader. Your Profile Experience: You have a solid background in an inspection or production environment. Knowledge: You possess a basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes. Skills: You are a strong communicator and a team player who stays calm under pressure. Languages: You are proficient in both Dutch or English. Requirements: You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car. Availability: you are ready and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
