7+ yrs packaging design experience with a strong print production background | Hybrid | Antwerp/Amsterdam
Turn packaging into a brand experience customers look forward to
This role goes beyond designing boxes. As Senior Packaging Graphic Designer at Loop, you'll turn every unboxing into a sensory moment that feels original, elevated, and on-brand. You'll lead the graphic direction of our packaging while working closely with structural design, Studio, and UX. If you care as much about design storytelling as you do about ink densities, this is your chance to own the packaging experience in a way that connects directly to our customers—and leaves a lasting impression.
As Senior Packaging Graphic Designer, you'll shape visual design and production excellence for Loop packaging
You'll bring fresh creative concepts to life, translating the Loop brand into packaging graphics that stand out and feel premium. From layout and typography to finishes and material choices, you'll own the visual story from first concept through final file delivery. This means creating production-ready artwork, overseeing dieline precision, and working directly with suppliers to ensure every design holds up in print. You'll also work side by side with UX and Studio teams to make sure every detail supports a clear and meaningful customer journey.
Your other responsibilities:
* Develop packaging graphics that align with campaigns, product launches, and evolving brand identity
* Create and refine unboxing stories through layout, color, and tactile elements
* Prepare print-ready files and manage supplier handoffs with technical accuracy
* Stay ahead of packaging trends in material, color, and sustainability
* Contribute to visual consistency across all packaging systems
How you'll succeed as a Senior Packaging Graphic Designer
You think in systems and details. You care about what the customer sees, and how they feel when they hold it. You're fast but intentional, and you can handle multiple timelines without dropping quality. You communicate clearly with both creatives and suppliers, and you know how to balance design freedom with technical constraints. You take ownership, bring fresh ideas to the table, and thrive when the pressure is high and the expectations are higher.
These key competences will set you up for success:
* 7+ years of experience in packaging design, with a portfolio of premium consumer-facing work
* Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and mockup tools
* Deep understanding of print production, materials, finishes, and file prep
* Experience working directly with suppliers and printers across global markets
* Strong typographic skills and an eye for storytelling through layout
