Business Development Manager – Wind Energy
Location: Antwerpen
We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Wind for a leading international engineering organisation operating within the renewable energy sector.
This is a strategic and hands-on commercial role focused on expanding wind energy service operations across the Benelux region. You will combine commercial growth, operational coordination, and customer relationship management within a highly technical environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Drive growth of Wind service activities across Benelux
* Act as key account manager for major customers
* Visit client sites regularly to support projects and identify new opportunities
* Manage quotations, follow up on opportunities, and monitor project profitability
* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and international stakeholders
* Support marketing initiatives, trade shows and international wind activities
* Improve operational efficiency and ensure excellent customer experience.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* 5+ years experience in Wind / renewable energy
* Strong commercial mindset with technical understanding
* Knowledge of local Wind market
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Willing to travel frequently (Benelux + occasional overnight stays)
