As a (junior) Fiber Property Account Manager, you will be responsible for our fiber introduction in multi unit buildings. This is an exciting role that allows you to develop our business on different levels. You will be the go to person for external stakeholders such as property management companies, syndics, associations of co owners and owners of multi unit buildings. Your goal is to go out on the field, identifying the external stakeholders and convince them of the added value of a DIGI fiber installation in their building. There is a lot of work to be done so buckle up!
Key Responsibilities:
* Brief internal departments if you need their support to succeed
* Identify the involved external stakeholders. This can be fieldwork based on address lists.
* Contact the external stakeholders and get the ball rolling. This is the hunting part.
* Collaborate closely with our own internal infrastructure building team
* Get the needed agreements and contracts
* Report to you manager about your pipeline and progress
* Pro actively do suggestions that makes the organisation better
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Completion of higher education or equivalent studies (preferably in business management, marketing, sales, property management, real estate...) is a plus. You should have a higher education level of thinking and working.
* You have a first professional experience in a similar (commercial or real estate) role of at least 2 years.
* Knowledge from and experience with real estate stakeholders is a plus, not a must
* You get energy from closing deals. Hunting for deals and projects keeps you going.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments
* Attention to detail and a high degree of integrity and responsibility when closing contracts
* Proficiency in using office software and good computer skills
* A valid driving licence B
* Proficiency in French (FR) is mandatory, Dutch is a big plus
