Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support our customers and expand our sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and work with virtual teams to develop solutions based on customer strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Be the relationship manager between customers and Sofico and oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
* Work with the greater Sofico solution teams to develop a solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes.
* Manage all executive relationships between Sofico and assigned clients.
* Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from business/project/IT teams to CxO level.
* Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and Sofico teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
* Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can successfully network at different levels. You should be able to bring people together through your expertise and enthusiasm, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues). Additionally, you will have excellent presentation and communication skills, as you will articulate complex ideas to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

* Several years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
* Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager or equivalent role with validated multi-million-euro sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
* Previous sales experience in finance & leasing, automotive, and/or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations).
* Experience in working with virtual or matrixed teams.
* The ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
* The willingness to travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).
* You are fluent in English.
