For one of our prestigious clients in the automotive sector, we are actively searching for an HR Manager.

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, represents several automotive dealerships across the country and is supported by a team of more than 650 passionate employees.

Committed to the mobility of tomorrow, our client places great importance on the well-being and professional development of its employees.

We are looking for an HR Manager with a vision of HR Project Manager, to play a central role in the success and evolution of our client. You will play an essential role in human development projects, coordinating and managing the HR team, while ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement an innovative HR strategy focused on continuous development and the flourishing of talents.
* Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with the company's overall objectives, promoting a culture of performance, respect, and team spirit.
* Lead HR projects aimed at strengthening team cohesion and engagement, while ensuring their well-being and professional development.
* Oversee performance management, skill evolution, and the support of employees in their career within the company.
* Ensure effective communication within teams, promoting a transparent, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
* Drive innovation in HR practices, particularly through digitalization and process optimization.

Profile:

* Passion for HR and confirmed expertise in the field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
* Bilingualism (FR/NL), with excellent mastery of both national languages.
* Solid understanding of regulations and payroll management.
* Analytical mind, sense of confidentiality, mastery of digital tools, and a marked interest in digitalization.
* Ability to motivate, inspire trust, and develop team skills.
* Enthusiasm, empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication ability.
