Overview
PM Group are seeking an experienced QA Support to join our data center construction project team in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities
1. Implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs throughout all phases of data center construction activities
2. Conduct regular inspections of construction work, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standard
3. Coordinate quality control testing protocols for critical systems including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, fire suppression, and security installations
4. Document non-conformances and deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify completion of remedial work
5. Facilitate quality audits with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party certification organizations
6. Maintain detailed quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation for project handover requirements
7. Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish quality standards and best practices
8. Support commissioning activities and final acceptance testing of all data center systems and infrastructure
Qualifications
9. Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers or critical infrastructure
10. Strong knowledge of Belgian/European construction standards and building codes
11. Experience with quality management systems and construction quality control procedures
12. Fluency in English - Dutch and/or French advantageous
13. Professional certifications in quality assurance or construction management
14. Familiarity with data center commissioning processes and critical system testing protocols
15. Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
