This role blends strong project management capability with technical commissioning oversight, making you a critical driver of project readiness and operational excellence. /ph3The Opportunity /h3pIn this role you will: /pulliBe responsible for the overall management and coordination of offsite and onsite quality and commissioning activities in-line with client specifications and local regulations. Lead weekly project Quality and Commissioning progress meetings /liliDevelop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective quality management plan that ensures the quality requirements of the project are planned, managed and reported. /liliEnsure that clients specifications are formally communicated to all service providers and equipment manufacturers. /liliEnsure that all quality stakeholders are trained and aware of the Quality documentation submittal requirements and processes. /liliEstablish and oversee effective benchmarking first of a kind process. /liliManage and coordinate onsite inspections amongst key stakeholders, resident engineers and local authorities. /liliPerform periodic internal and external auditing of the projects supply chain and delivery partners to ensure compliance. /liliCoordinate the daily inspection and testing activities with all project stakeholders. /liliImplement and manage an issue/defect management process and a Non Conformity Report (NCR) process. /liliDrive the Commissioning tagging completion process. /liliMaintain a strong onsite presence to assess progress, surface issues early, and reinforce safe work practices. Champion a culture of safety and compliance across all Commissioning and Quality activities. /liliGather and implement a robust lessons learned and lessons applied programme. /li /ulpWe would love to hear from you if you: /pulliHave proven experience managing commissioning or quality activities on a data centre or similarly complex technical construction project. /liliPossess direct experience in QC and / or commissioning MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) equipment. /liliHave experience with construction and commissioning scheduling /liliHave a degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related technical discipline. /liliAre currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already). /liliAre detail-oriented with a strong passion for quality, compliance, and operational excellence. /liliCommunicate clearly and confidently—both verbally and in writing. /liliThrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through openness, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose (and fun!). /li /ulpAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. /ph3About Us /h3pLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
