Job Description Coordinate and monitor daily shipments (inbound, outbound, import, and export).
Manage transport documentation and ensure full compliance with customs and legal requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
Track orders, update systems (ERP/WMS), and proactively resolve delivery issues.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory control activities.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Report key logistics KPIs and support continuous improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, transport management, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills - you love keeping things on track!
Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel; experience with WMS or transport software is a plus.
Fluent in English & French
A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team spirit.
