For a growing company based in Herentals, we are looking for driven team leaders for a team of roofers who make safety a top priority. For the company in question, creating a safe working environment is priority number one.

Your tasks as team leader roofers flat roofs:
You renovate flat roofs of industrial buildings and flats
You work with Resitrix, EPDM, Roofing, etc.
You install edge finishing and insulation (PVC and thermal).
You manage a team of 2 or 3 colleagues
You are the first to ensure a safe working environment
You set the priorities
Jouw vaardigheden & kennis
You are not afraid of heights
You will work in wind and weather, but also in the sun under blue skies
You pay attention to your own safety and that of your colleagues
You have a VCA certificate (Basic)
You are in possession of a driving licence B
You are flexible to work an extra hour on busy days
Experience as a roofer is definitely a plus, but the will and motivation to work is the most important thing!
