It also produces 100% renewable energy through solar plants and storage systems, ensuring a clean supply for businesses, industries, and electric vehicle drivers. After entering Belgium in 2023, we are now scaling up our network. To accelerate growth in Flanders, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager with strong seniority and local credibility. As a Business Development Manager dedicated to Flanders e-mobility, you will lead the expansion of our EV fast-charging network in this region. Your focus will be on securing the best locations and building partnerships with landowners and stakeholders across the Flemish market. Key responsibilities: Identify and secure premium sites for EV fast-charging in Flanders (retail parks, commercial real estate, hospitality, leisure, sports).Develop tailored strategies to engage these sectors, emphasizing the mutual benefits of sustainable EV charging solutions. Leverage your existing network of landowners, brokers, advisors, lawyers, and subcontractors to originate and accelerate deals.Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring they align with the specific needs of each industry sector. Act as Eranovum’s local expert: understand the market codes, anticipate competition, and guide our strategy in Flanders. Provide insights on local best practices, helping the team adapt to the maturity and competitiveness of the Flemish market. Work closely with the Country Manager Belgium and collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration and operation of new charging sites. Experience and Skills Required: Senior-level experience (minimum 7–10 years) in commercial real estate, retail property, or with a competing EV charging operator (CPO). A strong and active professional network in Flanders, including real estate actors, brokers, legal advisors, and technical partners. Proven track record in site acquisition or real estate partnership development. Native in Dutch and proficiency in English is essential. Credibility and presence in the Flemish market; able to open doors and accelerate opportunities quickly. Strategic thinking capacity, aligned with the specific needs and opportunities of the Flemish market. Valid driving license
