Function
As a Shift Manager, you take full responsibility for the site's operations during your shift. You are primarily responsible for the safety within your team, managing the team, delivering the required quality, punctuality, and achieving your operational goals. You take initiative, think long-term, and consciously manage resources as if they were your own. You solve problems independently and make decisions in the interest of the company, the team and the consumer.

o Maintain and promote a 100% safety commitment and build a sustainable and strong safety policy while respecting environmental and energy rules within the company
* Responsibility for binding and inclusive personnel management within the entire team in accordance with Lutosa's values and standards
* Provide production guidelines to enable harmonious cooperation between different departments and production lines
* Explain the instructions and procedures needed to ensure the continuity of the production process on site
* Ensure correct and timely communication within the team and the site
* Conduct regular coaching meetings with team leaders to discuss performance and provide targeted feedback
* Identify training or coaching needs and ensure learning moments in production
* Set clear and achievable goals based on their growth and development and monitor them
* Supervise team leaders in the management of their team of operators
* Think big and plan ahead

o Organize SQDC consultations and actively participate in safety meetings
* Achieve production goals by following schedule and feedback
* Determine priorities based on close communication with the Central Control Room
* Ensure streamlined cooperation and communication between the different functions and departments (grading – production – logistics – quality) during the shift in order to achieve the set objectives together

Profile
* Relevant graduate studies in food technology or applied sciences
* Several years of experience in operational management in a production environment
* General knowledge of production processes and industrial environment, people management
* Interpersonal skills, communicative, diplomatic, autonomous, rigorous,
* Sense of initiative and decision
* Integrity, motivation, flexibility, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and social skills
