As a Health & Safety Coordinator (HSC) at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on industrial projects during the construction phase.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Ensure health & safety coordination on multi-contractor construction sitesDraft, review, and validate Specific Health & Safety Plans (PPSS)Guarantee daily and proactive on-site presenceOrganize and lead site safety meetingsCarry out regular site inspections and field auditsIdentify risks, propose preventive measures, and follow up on their implementationEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory H&S requirementsWork closely with project teams and HSE representatives
ABOUT YOU :
CSS Certification Level A or BProven experience in health & safety coordination on industrial construction sitesStrong field presence and ability to interact with multiple contractorsAdministrative rigor (PPSS, reporting, documentation follow-up)Strong communication skills and natural leadershipAutonomous and proactive mindset
