Your Key Responsibilities as a QA trainer:
* Training Delivery (Trainings):
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for personnel across QA functions, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), documentation practices, deviation management, and change control.
* Training of Personnel (Training des personnels):
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff in production, quality control, and support functions, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (EMA, FDA, etc.).
* Development & Management of the Training Plan (Chapote Plan de Formation):
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, define objectives, and implement an effective plan de formation. This includes scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
* Documentation Related to Training (Documentation liée aux training):
Maintain accurate and compliant training records, including attendance logs, training materials, assessments, and certificates. Ensure all documentation adheres to ALCOA+ principles and is audit-ready at all times.
* Training Structure & Methodology (Structure des formations):
Standardize and optimize the structure of training programs (e.g., theoretical modules, practical sessions, e-learning, on-the-job training). Develop training matrices, competency assessments, and evaluation tools to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
* Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. Support internal and external audits by providing training evidence and contributing to CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) when needed.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a QA or Training role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other regulatory guidelines.
* Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and training documentation.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.
