We are looking for a Dynamics 365 & Project Support Officer to join our IT Team in a leading advocate organisation where you can make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy. You will be mainly responsible for the maintenance and customisations of MS Dynamics 365, support during CRM-related projects and system upgrades. You will report to the Head of IT. Main duties and responsibilities User maintenance (Dynamics 365 & Business Central) Revision and testing of Microsoft updates and their impact on Dynamics 365 & Business Central systems Processing of small customisations of Dynamics 365 Support during Dynamics 365 & Business Central-related projects Identification of process optimisations (automation, digitalisation, AI-driven optimisations, reporting) Administrative assistance (creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, project documentation) and assistance with other ad-hoc tasks that IT Team may require Mindset and skills qualifications Pro-active, energetic, innovative, self-starter Team player, constructive mindset Very well-organised, able to multitask and stress resistant Team-spirited, able to work across different departments in a structured and transparent manner Displaying ownership of and a high sense of responsibility regarding the projects assigned Analytical mind with project management skills Experience Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent job experience).
