Responsibilities
Analysis & solution design
Contribute, when needed, to pre-Sales phases to ensure realistic project scoping
Understand, structure, and formalize client business needs (objectives, constraints, priorities)
Analyze existing systems and integrate them into a global solution vision
Propose solutions aligned with platform capabilities and a product-driven approach
Challenge specific or non-viable client requests and suggest sustainable alternatives
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
Act as a bridge between stakeholders (business, IT, delivery, support)
Escalate product evolution needs to product teams
Project management
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout projects
Ensure structured communication (progress, risks, decisions, trade-offs)
Define and enforce project governance (scope, roles, decision-making)
Lead projects end-to-end in an Agile environment:
planning
dependency management
risk monitoring
team coordination
Ensure deliverable quality in collaboration with QA teams
Support go-live and initial operational rollout
Identify and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management within a B2B product environment
Experience in functional analysis and/or solution architecture
Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
Ability to challenge stakeholders and provide constructive guidance
Strong end-to-end project management capabilities
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
Good understanding of Agile environments (Scrum)
Comfortable working with technical teams (development, QA, delivery)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Languages: Professional level in French, Dutch, and English
