In alignment with this transformative journey, we are on the lookout for a Mobile Site Engineer who embodies our ethos of innovation and customer-centricity. This role is pivotal in translating our ambitious vision into tangible infrastructure that powers our revolutionary telecom services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing telecom sites with precision and foresight to support our expansive network and service offerings.
* Conducting site visits (SV) and technical reviews (TR) to ensure each location meets our stringent standards and technical requirements.
* Completing technical review reports (TRR) and utilizing corporate Tooling to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail in site documentation.
* Collaborating closely with the Frame Agreement Expert and Negotiators to ensure a cohesive approach to site development within your region.
* Evaluating lease sketches provided by architects to ensure they align with our strategic objectives and operational requirements.
* Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, providing insights and updates to ensure the smooth progression of site engineering and development.
* Participating in dedicated training programs, including GOF3 certification, to ensure full compliance with safety standards and operational excellence in the field.

Our expectations:
* Good computer literacy to efficiently manage technical tasks and documentation.
* Proficient in English is a must, as well as very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
* A solid understanding of the Belgian telecom market to drive informed decisions and strategies.
* A head for heights, as the role involves working at elevation without discomfort.
* Familiarity with building permit regulations and the civil code to ensure compliance in all construction activities.
* Basic knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) and TX (Transmission) principles to support telecom infrastructure development.
* The ability to oversee construction projects, addressing any anomalies swiftly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
