General Business Administration (approx. Support financial business processes including PO raising, processing invoices in Athena and where required procurement activities. Creation of contracts for events
• Arrange/book customer travel, transport, transfers, accommodation, meeting facilities, conferences, global videoconferences and teleconferences, events, registrations; produce complex itineraries for international trips.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures, including financial system administration, document management and team core compliance.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (inc. Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Ability to show own initiative, logical thinking and creative problem solving in response to day-to-day situations.
• Fluent in English (french and dutch or a plus)
