Lead an organisation of maintenance, automation and engineering professionals responsible for leading and deploying site equipment maintenance and recipe management operations. Team responsibilities include supporting equipment and automation projects, improvement initiatives, reliability and site asset management.
The Geel Site Maintenance Lead and the Maintenance and Reliability Lead Pilot Plants is a member of the Geel MAM Leadership team
Holds Technical Ownership of the development and/orcommercial production of physical assets in the use phase of the Asset Life Cycle (post hand-over fromengineering to the user and up to equipment decommissioning and dismantling) and has accountability for technical compliance, reliability and maintenance cost of the manufacturing assets throughefficient execution of various maintenance strategies for all business units in his/her scope

* Work with global teams, deploy and maintain site reliability, asset management and calibration programs
* Own maintenance financial budgets and work with other site departments to develop and meet site budgets and goals
* Partner with several functions and departments including EHS and QA to drive alignment and ensure compliance with all regulatory and local requirements
* Manage service providers and collaborate to improve performance
* Drive continuous improvement in the BU.
* Partner with MAM Engineering, Execution Systems and RiskManagement and Production, E&PS, EH&SS, Quality and Planning todrive asset reliability & availability improvement:
* Support Engineering projects, New Product Introductions (NPI), ProductLife Cycle Management Projects (PLCM), Cost Improvement Initiatives(CIP) and JJPS or Lean initiatives.
