🧠 The Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for growth? Have you been part of the startup journey and are now looking to make a direct impact in a scaling company?

At Whale, you’ll have the opportunity to execute sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and contribute to our growth. You are results-oriented and comfortable working hands-on to drive success.


💪 What You’ll Own

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth in the B2B SaaS market.
* Own the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and accounts, consistently moving them through the sales process.
* Deliver engaging product demos, negotiate contracts, and handle objections to close deals effectively.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
* Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

🙌 You're a Fit If You...

* Have 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue.
* Are experienced in both inbound and outbound sales strategies, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.
* Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Have strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently to meet targets.
* Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.

✅ Contract Details

* Type: Ongoing freelance contract (not payroll)
* Status: Independent contractor / self-employed
* Location: Remote — must be based in ET (US)
* Hours: Full-time (we align on expectations, you run with it)
* Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
