Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain a centralized and accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses)
• Ensure asset lifecycle management in accordance with public sector procurement and disposal regulations
• Monitor software licensing to guarantee compliance and avoid legal or financial risk
• Collaborate with procurement, Finance, and internal audit teams to ensure transparent and compliant asset acquisition and tracking
• Implement policies and procedures related to asset registration, usage, and decommissioning
• Coordinate asset audits and reconcile discrepancies in asset records
• Provide reports to support internal and external audits, financial planning, and decision-making

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in IT asset management or operations, preferably in the public sector.
