Essential Responsibilities
* As an installed base account manager, conduct annual service reviews with customers: highlight delivered services (after-sales support and clinical applications), identify unmet needs and dissatisfaction points, and implement appropriate action plans.
* Develop customer relationships at all levels, from technologists to radiologists and imaging managers, to promote maintenance offerings.
* Promote and position Service offerings (Contracts, digital and predictive tools, Education, Options & Upgrades) during equipment sales and contract renewals (maximize capture rate).
* Monetize the installed base.
* Achieve revenue targets within the assigned geographic area (across the entire portfolio: contracts, non-contractual items, Options & Upgrades, and fleet solutions).
* Renew contracts/agreements, respond to Service-related tenders, and ensure proper invoicing of sold services.
* Identify commercial opportunities within the territory, particularly in O&U and Analytics segments (DoseWatch, Imaging Insight).
* Ensure accurate sales reporting and revenue forecasts for the current quarter, current year, and next year.
* Provide insights to the regional Service Marketing Manager to enhance strategy effectiveness.
* Be responsible for executing Service sales campaigns.
* Ensure data quality in the service information system (installed base, customer accounts, contractual details, etc.).
* Collaborate proactively with Zone Sales Managers and their teams.
* Participate in and develop customer account strategies with product/service sales specialists, the Services Director, and their teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (minimum) with proven experience in Sales
* Strong sales and negotiation skills – ability to negotiate with senior management levels
* Knowledge of the biomedical field and ideally medical imaging
* Understanding of the service environment
* French required / Dutch would be a plus.
* Fluent in English
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Valid driver's license
