Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing client project's provisioning;
2. Reviewing and accessing global mobile computing requirements in support of clinical systems, trials, and associated environments;
3. Providing procurement support, timelines, and costs for logistics planning for documentation such as proposals and timelines;
4. Proactively reviewing mobile computing capabilities, including telecom, global availability, and languages;
5. Managing provisioning vendors and partners;
6. Reviewing global shipping vendor options, costs, and global capabilities;
7. Assessing import and export documentation and cost;
8. Managing partner depots and coordinating activity between locations;
9. Proactively communicating project status, issues, and risks to management;
10. Managing provisioning resources;
11. Creating and executing project work plans and revising, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements;
12. Managing inventory, hardware purchases, and warranty management;
13. Establishing clear ownership of project tasks; tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met appropriately;
14. Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of a project (scope, tasks, budget, etc.);
15. Developing and maintaining departmental SOPs, Work Practices, and Policies etc;
16. Assessing provisioning issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality, and Stakeholder goals;
17. Partnering with Operations, Development, project management, and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of capabilities and solutions, ensuring that all communication between the Project team and Stakeholders is precise;
18. Providing input to timelines, resource requirements, and logistical support on client projects;
19. Collaborating in the design, development, and maintenance of client projects and providing cross-functional team and vendor support, if required;
20. Performing application testing and preparing documentation, as required;
21. Ensuring provisioning team adherence to SOPs/Working practices and working toward consistent process improvement;
22. Overseeing process improvement initiatives related to client Provisioning Management;
23. Acting as a mentor for other provisioning staff within the client department;
24. Supporting Business Development on client visits and proposal preparation;
25. Performing other duties as assigned;
Job Requirements Your profile:
26. Fluent English language skills are required;
* Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, service delivery processes, clinical practices, and mobile computing;
* Experience in logistics and telecommunications;
* Strong time management skills;
* Ability to remain poised, patient, and respectful in challenging situations;
* Experience with project rollouts on a global scale;
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
* Strong computer and technical proficiency;
* Experience in vendor management;
* Knowledge of software development and testing is preferred;
* Experience and knowledge in cross-functional project management methods, teams, and techniques;
* Familiarity with information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment;
* Skilled in technical planning for IT projects;
* Ability to work with groups to build consensus;
* Experience in establishing standard processes for shipping and logistics;
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and direct reports;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an understanding of how to handle difficult or sensitive information tactfully;
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a collaborative environment;
