* Oversee monthly closings and report key KPIs like revenue and costs.
* Prepare budgets and forecasts with input from relevant teams.
* Analyze budget deviations and report insights to management and HQ.
* Manage accounting closures, draft the Balance Sheet, and ensure compliance.
* Monitor cash flow, prepare reports, and assess investment opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales and supply chain to track KPIs and ensure cash flow.
* Coordinate with external advisors on taxes and regulatory matters.
* Supervise credit monitoring, reduce DSO, and optimize working capital.
* Handle administrative reporting and respond to special management request.
* Master in Finance/Business/Economics
* Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Controlling and/or Accounting
* Fluent in English in combination with a fluent level of Dutch or French
