Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading biotech who are seeking to hire a Paralegal to support the legal team with corporate law matters and day-to-day corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the appointment, renewal, and dismissal of directors and statutory auditors across company subsidiaries using an electronic corporate platform
* Prepare powers of attorney and other corporate documents
* Maintain shareholder registers and corporate records
* Manage company filings and registrations with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises
* Draft corporate legal documents under the supervision of in-house legal counsel
* Provide general administrative and legal support as required
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law or 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal role within a law firm or corporate environment
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a working knowledge of the other language
* Comfortable using electronic legal and corporate platforms
