Job Description
1. Consolidate schedules from the four main suppliers
2. Integrate activities not covered by supplier schedules (, Risk Assessments, Design Reviews)
3. Coordinate closely with package owners to ensure alignment
4. Develop a highly detailed and structured schedule, including: Clear prerequisites for each activity Identification of missing or overlooked tasks Monitoring of co-activities and interdependencies Daily progress tracking
5. Challenge delays, perform impact analysis, and escalate issues when necessary
6. Engage directly with discipline engineers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
7. Participate inernance meetings, providing clearmunication of risks and deviations
Your Profile
8. Experienced Senior Planner with a proven ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
9. Background in CAPEX environments, ideally with Life Sciences industry experience
10. Solid technical understanding of industrial projects
11. Analytical and assertive mindset, capable of identifying and escalating risks toernance bodies
12. Strong planning expertise, with foundational project management knowledge-focus remains primarily on planning
13. Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
14. Fluent in French
