Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate, document, and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring a smooth transition into operational service.
• Either manage independently or work collaboratively with small teams throughout the various phases of project development.
• Apply relevant project management methodologies and tools that cater to the unique needs of each initiative.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively to mitigate their potential impact.
• Work alongside stakeholders to align project objectives and prepare detailed project plans that cover scope, scheduling, quality, risk, and communication aspects.
• Monitor project progress in relation to the established timelines and involve stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee budget management, adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure the successful completion of projects within the agreed parameters of time, budget, and scope.
• Support all project phases, providing assistance to senior Project Managers when necessary.
• Adhere to established agency protocols and management directives to secure project outcomes.
• Follow project management approaches as specified by the Projects Portfolio Manager.
• Generate customized project proposals that cater to customer requirements.
• Lead project teams in meeting customer expectations and obligations.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular and accurate updates regarding project status.
• Facilitate the scoping and requirements definition for initiatives of medium complexity.
• Assist in selecting the most effective methods for gathering requirements.
• Encourage active stakeholder engagement, challenge concepts constructively, and support prioritization efforts.
• Establish formal agreements and requirements baselines while ensuring full traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
• Recent experience in project management or development (in the last three years) specifically focused on C4ISR projects for large entities.
• Proficient in using project management tools, particularly for cost and labor management.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting diplomacy and tact alongside solid briefing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in information systems, physics, electronics, or a related scientific/engineering field, coupled with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, candidates with at least six years of progressive relevant experience may apply without a degree.
