Commercial Strategy Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth objectives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious commercial plan in line with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
* Lead the commercial department and be hands-on involved in generating new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, negotiate contracts, and close successful deals.
Requirements:
* A proven track record (at least 15 years) in a senior commercial role, preferably within a B2G environment.
* A strong network within the Belgian mobility sector that can be leveraged.
* Proactive, innovative, and clear vision for the future of mobility.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach.
* Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
* Analytically strong and capable of translating data into commercial insights.
* Fluent in both Dutch and French.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
