ABOUT THE ROLE
At Elfie, we’re transforming healthcare through technology and data to empower patients and providers alike. As our Global CRM & Lifecycle Lead, you'll be a pivotal force in shaping personalised communication strategies that improve user engagement, streamline care coordination, and [optimize resource allocation]. In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making, manage a small CRM team, and design user journeys to enable better health outcomes and operational efficiencies across our global platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
o Lead the overall user retention and communication strategy across digital CRM touchpoints — including email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app messaging.
o Own the user lifecycle communication framework, defining segmentation, triggers, and personalized content strategies based on retention goals.
o Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of user engagement campaigns to improve activation, retention, and app goals across key user segments.
o Manage the end-to-end content operation for all CRM channels, to oversee translations and campaign localization for global rollouts.
o Lead a small CRM team, with responsibility for roadmap development, resource planning, and performance management.
o Champion a data-driven test-and-learn approach, leveraging user data platforms, automation tools, and segmentation strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness and campaign performance.
o Establish and maintain Elfie’s user communication tone and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across markets.
o Monitor key engagement metrics, analyze results, and present actionable insights and improvement recommendations
o Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Business teams to ensure alignment between communication strategy and business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
o Passion for the digital health industry and familiarity with companies and innovators in this space
o Hands-on CRM and lifecycle management tools: large-scale/automated communication platforms for email, app notifications, SMS
o Proven experience in the mobile industry working on retention
o 5+ years of mobile CRM and Retention experience
o Superior grammar and copyediting skills with great attention to detail
o Fluent in English
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, remote, and mission-focussed environment

ABOUT ELFIE
Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.

We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
1. Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
2. Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
