Job Overview
As a Travel Innovation and Engagement Specialist, you will be a technical resource and subject matter expert on travel configuration modules relating to Concur Travel and Expense. You will work with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Concur direct clients, managing change requests to the Concur Travel products functional workflow to satisfy the client’s online booking experience needs. Eventually you will handle more complex requests and projects requiring deeper product knowledge. This position is a precursor to advanced consulting, lead, and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities
* Analyze clients’ configuration settings to understand change requests and formulate next‑step processes using standard procedures and best practices.
* Coordinate and organize configuration change tasks with internal resources, clients, and strategic partners.
* Define and deliver successful implementation of requested changes in a timely manner, consistent with team SOP and performance indicators.
* Use excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with external clients and internal departments.
* Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Concur Travel & Expense through up‑to‑date training, release notes, user group calls, and industry conferences.
Qualifications
* Prior experience troubleshooting software/hardware or process issues.
* Previous experience in Technical Support, Implementation, or pre‑sales roles interfacing with customers.
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills
* Experience with Concur products or similar hosted (SaaS) solutions is preferred.
* Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex issues.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Problem‑solving analytical mindset.
* Task‑based, process‑driven approach to achieving objectives.
* Familiarity with financial concepts and systems is a plus.
* Familiarity with Project Management concepts and systems is a plus.
