About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Strategy Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with executive clients to address complex strategic issues and develop tailored solutions to drive business success. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with C-suite executives from various industries, including Life Sciences and Consumer/Retail, to navigate complex strategy engagements, solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues, and identify growth opportunities;
- Leading client engagements and supporting them in determining their strategies and developing frameworks to execute initiatives and projects according to their needs;
- Managing client engagements from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creating and coordinating final deliverables, and assisting with presentation of results;
- Playing a pivotal role in driving and developing the team's business development activities, supporting its growth, and expanding its service offerings;
- Managing and mentoring junior staff throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record in dealing with large-scale strategic transformations, excellent project management and business development skills, in-depth knowledge and experience in Life Sciences or Commercial/Retail industries, and experience in leading a diverse team and managing complex projects. You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
