Global IT Change Management Expert
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our IT Change Management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of changes across various technology-driven projects.
The role involves convening and chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB), providing stakeholders with the information required to make informed decisions about changes, prioritizing and approving them, or rejecting them.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and ensure clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change Management workflow, and have hands-on experience with ITSM applications. Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex environments, strategies, and release processes are also essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science is required, along with at least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities are necessary to ensure timely and high-quality results.
