WHAT IS A BUSINESS ANALYST IN INSURANCE DOMAIN AT CREAM?As Nicole, Business Analyst at Cream, embrace your role and support the different applications in the insurance industry (life and non life). Your tasks will be :Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clientsProduce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc.Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client's requirementsWrite/ Review test plansPerform expert testing and defect management following development/configurationConduct training sessions on the system and its configured product setProduction support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests managementPerform gap analysis
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?You have a Master degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience, including minimum 3 years of experience within an insurance companyYou can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverablesYou are fluent in French and a good command of English, Dutch is a plusYou are committed to travelling abroad occasionally upon the client's request.
