As Business Development Manager Iberia you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's presence and driving revenue growth across Spain & Portugal.
You will be responsible for further expanding and growing our channel network, prospecting specific end-user accounts and consultants, and closely following up on leads.
While the primary focus of this role is Iberia, there may occasionally be business development assignments supporting other Southern European markets such as Italy, Greece, and Turkey.
This position requires frequent travel throughout the region, with regular visits to our headquarters in Belgium.
You will report to the Regional Sales Manager CIS/South Europe.

As Business Development Manager Iberia you are responsible for:
* Driving the acquisition, expansion, and strategic management of integrators—enhancing support, professionalization, and optimization to accelerate growth and achieve targets.
* Independently developing the city council, rental, and government markets, while growing our core business with parliaments, institutions, and corporate 100s in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager, and strengthening relationships with keyconsultants throughout the region.
* Navigating complex challenges in project protection and strategic price-setting to secure the best possible outcomes.
* Turning Sales Qualified Leads from our lead generation campaigns into orders.
* Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
* Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
* Participating in marketing initiatives and industry events to strengthen Televic's market presence.
* Achieving overall targets and KPIs.
Who are you ?
You are a dynamic professional who combines commercial drive with a high level of business acumen and curiosity.
* Degree in business, engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in business development and key account management in a technical B2B environment.
* Technical understanding and high interest in the AV industry and/or conference market is highly recommended.

* Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages are a plus.
* Regular traveling in the region is required and occasionally you will join us in the HQ in Izegem, Belgium
