Your Impact
As Head of HR for our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) organization in Belgium, you'll be a key catalyst in our transformation journey. You'll partner with leadership to implement our One Sanofi People Strategy while supporting our evolving Manufacturing & Supply Operating Model.
Your influence will extend across multiple leadership teams:
* People & Culture (P&C) for Key Markets, Manufacturing & Supply Leadership Team
* Geel Manufacturing & Supply Leadership Team
* People & Culture Northern Europe Leadership Team
How You'll Contribute - Site Responsibility
Strategic Business Partnership (20% of role)
* Coach and advise Manufacturing & Supply leadership on people strategies that drive business success
* Apply the P&C Operating Model while ensuring seamless collaboration with all partners
* Contribute valuable market perspectives to global strategic initiatives
Transformation & Employee Relations (25% of role)
* Guide organizational transformation while fostering constructive social dialogue
* Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations matters
Talent Development & Acquisition (40% of role)
* Implement market and business talent priorities aligned with our North Star Talent Strategy
* Build manager capability in talent assessment and succession planning
* Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring key roles
Organizational Effectiveness (15% of role)
* Coordinate business and organizational changes in collaboration with key stakeholders
* Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic people decisions
* Champion our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement
About you
What You'll Bring
* Passion for human resources and making a difference in healthcare
* Significant HR experience (international exposure is a plus)
* Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels (leading in a matrix organization)
* Strong analytical thinking with ability to make data-driven decisions
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
* Fluency in English and Dutch
