This position as “Digital PathologyGlobalServiceSpecialist”will reportinto our“Global Service Operations” (GSO) team in ourAgilent Diagnostic Servicesunit (ADS).Theposition will lead our investment globally from a service perspective, shaping service strategy and our service organization to be able to talk to Sales, Applications, and not least Customers about Digital Pathology.It is a senior position as you will be the oracle of best practices for deployment and support of Digital Pathology worldwide.We havethe visionand mission, but this position will tell us how to get there and what it takes.
GSO is aglobal15employeeteam. The team isprimarily based in DenmarkcoveringService Specialists, BusinessComplianceand regulatory compliance for our global Field Service Delivery teams.We set the standard for how field work shouldbe delivered.The position will report into the head of GSO, Bjarke Frank-Daub, due to the strategic importance of this initiative, but here will bea dotted linetoour“Software and Connectivity Deployment” teamas wella very closecollaboration toour Global Product Managers and Marketing andDigital Pathology Sales teams.
Key responsibilities
1. Define the Service Strategy for Digital Pathology (Scanner and IT systems)
2. Identifygaps in our World Class Diagnostic Service organization to also achieve success in the Digital Pathology journey. With special focus on Workflow, ProjectManagementand IT capabilities like DICOM, EMRs, PACs,etc
3. Establish best practicesand train local teamsinhow to support sales in Digital Pathology discussionon pre-sales or deployment questions.
4. Support and train our call centers in providing the best possible support to our customers worldwide.
Qualifications
5. Toapplyyoumusthavebeen working withDigital Pathology for at least 5 years.We are looking for a person that can help us on the right path from the beginning. Whether youwerelaboratorysuper user for Digital Pathology, come from an IT department with integration experience, orhavea background from a Digital Pathology manufacturer is not important.Just as long asyou bring deep Digital Pathology experience from a workflow, ProjectManagementor IT perspective.
6. Thepersonalcapabilitiesto bealighthouse for Digital Pathology. This will require leadership, coaching patience, and establishment of best practices. Virtues you should hold asanapplicant.
7. You speak and communicate in English ona high level. Your stakeholders,partnersand customers areworldwide.
