We're working with a growing cleantech company responsible for developing practical solutions to reduce industrial carbon emissions at their source. They support industrial players in lowering their environmental footprint while maintaining operational performance. They're now actively looking for a Technical Project Manager to come and join their office in Louvain-la-Neuve
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex industrial projects related to carbon capture and emissions reduction. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Project Manager aligns customer requirements with technical solutions, manages internal and external stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. The position is suited to someone who enjoys anticipating challenges, structuring complexity, and driving projects forward in an evolving startup context.
Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from early commercial engagement through engineering, execution, and commissioning
Coordinate closely with management, engineering teams, customers, and external partners
Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee deployment activities at customer sites, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Identify opportunities to improve project execution methods and implement practical enhancements
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement
Create and maintain clear project documentation, including plans, reports, and tracking tools
Your Profile
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
5–10 years of experience in process engineering or industrial project environments within the chemical, petrochemical, or related sectors
Prior exposure to project management roles or responsibilities is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment
Proven ability to manage the execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and risk management practices
Exposure to carbon capture, CCUS, or decarbonisation projects is considered an advantage
