Program Manager – AI Deployment
The Belgian and European energy sector is evolving rapidly. Our client, a big energy actor, plays a key role in ensuring a reliable, sustainable and future-proof electricity infrastructure.
To support its long-term ambitions, the organization is strengthening its central Strategy Implementation & Transformation Office — a high-impact team working closely with executive leadership and driving cross-organizational transformation programs.
Your Role
As Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs end-to-end. Your first mission will focus on scaling AI deployment across the organization — a high-visibility initiative with direct exposure to senior leadership.
You translate strategy into execution, structure governance, align stakeholders and ensure delivery through multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define program vision, scope, roadmap, governance and resource needs
* Lead execution across scope, budget, quality and risk
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve major issues
* Steer governance bodies and report to senior leadership
* Build and motivate high-performing teams
* Drive ownership, transparency and continuous improvement
Your Profile
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* Proven track record in program management or large-scale transformation
* Strong analytical, strategic and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in governance, budgeting and risk oversight
* Leadership experience in complex environments
* Experience with digital or AI initiatives is a plus
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
