You lead and develop the sales team while ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets across multiple global markets. You combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on commercial drive and know how to deliver sustainable growth in a competitive international environment.Key responsibilities Develop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the international customer baseAnalyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging marketsCollaborate with the executive team to define short- and long-term objectives and translate them into actionable plansContribute to and lead key account plans for strategic customersAlign closely with marketing and operations to ensure effective go-to-market strategiesLead, coach, and evaluate the sales team with a focus on performance and developmentAct as a key liaison between sales, marketing, operations, customer service, logistics, and financeMonitor and analyze sales KPIs, adjusting strategies where necessaryManage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting to senior managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and resolving issuesRepresent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunitiesConduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry developments and competitive activityIdentify risks and opportunities, adapting the sales strategy accordinglyProvide insights and recommendations to product development and marketing based on market feedbackYour profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)xjsrcvq Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within an international or multinational environmentProven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of global markets and cultural dynamicsExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basisLanguages: fluent in English and French;Spanish and/or German are a plusWhat's in it for you
