Why This Role Is Exciting You’ll shape the future of digital onboarding for ING’s retail clients. You’ll work at the intersection of customer experience, data analytics, and technology. You’ll collaborate with dynamic squads and multiple stakeholders across the bank. You’ll have a direct impact on one of ING’s strategic priorities: seamless, mobile-first onboarding. Your Mission As a Digital Customer Journey Expert, you will: Design and optimize customer-centric onboarding journeys. Use data insights and dashboards to drive decisions and measure success. Bridge business and IT, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions. Document processes, manage dependencies, and perform end-to-end testing. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: CX mindset and passion for customer experience. Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills. Ability to create and interpret dashboards. Knowledge of IT landscape and understanding business-to-IT complexities Familiarity with ING back-office applications (Easyweb/Onepam). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Adobe Analytics and tagging measurement plans. Testing capabilities and project management experience.
