#128640; We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – HR To support and enhance HR tools and processes within a complex and dynamic environment, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a transversal team combining business and IT expertise.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of HR systems used across the organization.
Mission Context
You will join a multidisciplinary team composed of business analysts, process engineers, developers, a product owner, and a scrum master.
The team supports a wide range of HR tools used across the organization, such as time management systems, employee data platforms, and payroll solutions (e.g. SAP HR).
The objective is to ensure the proper functioning of HR tools and processes, supporting both employees and HR teams, while contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
You will work in an Agile environment, contributing to both major transformation projects and daily operational activities (incidents, small changes, recurring tasks).
Your Role
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Gather, analyse, and challenge business needs and pain points from a wide range of stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and technical experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Requirements & Delivery
Define and document acceptance criteria for features and user stories.
Support backlog refinement with the Product Owner and development team.
Ensure all requirements are clearly understood and actionable.
Testing & Implementation
Support business testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure smooth delivery and adoption of new features and improvements.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance user experience, efficiency, and compliance.
Create and maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
Contribute to incident resolution and operational support.
Data & Reporting
Use data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
Contribute to the design of data models and enhancement of reporting activities.
Your Profile
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in HR or similar environments).
Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
Affinity with data analytics.
Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP HR is an asset.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
