Accountant – Finance Team of 3 | 4 Legal Entities
Your challenge
* Play a central role in the day-to-day accounting management of four legal entities, with real ownership and a broad scope of responsibilities.
* Take full responsibility for accounts payable and cost accounting for two entities, while acting as a back-up for the other two.
* Review and validate supplier invoices and ensure accurate analytical accounting entries.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, organise payment runs and perform bank reconciliations.
* Closely monitor cash flow and contribute to forecasting activities.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns.
* Contribute to quarterly and annual closing processes, as well as audit preparation.
* Support the financial control process and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Progressively expand scope towards HR administration.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
* A first experience in general accounting is required; however, motivation and a strong learning mindset matter most.
* Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented, well-organised, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with care.
* Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments.
