Product Manager - Validation Officer Job Summary:

Job Description:
The Product Manager - Validation Officer is responsible for establishing and documenting a risk-based validation strategy independently. They develop and implement Validation Master Plans and associated Validation Product and Project Plans. The successful candidate performs product and project validation, including potential process validation, software validation, etc.
They create validation documentation in line with guidelines. Identify and integrate efficiency tracking tools. Change drafts within the CAPA framework, identifying improvements and formulating an action plan. Align proposals with stakeholders. Perform complex data analyses in Excel for optimizations. Assist and train other departments in problem-solving techniques. Analyze urgent and critical issues related to the product or production process (including incident management). Ensure knowledge retention and dissemination within the department and with other departments. Regularly report to the Managing Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed a higher education in science/technology
- Experience in a comparable role
