Job opening: EU Sales Representative (Remote) Procella Audio (HQ Belgium)
Procella Audio is looking for a passionate, hunter-minded sales professional to become our next EU Sales Representative. You’ll join a family-oriented company, proudly made in Europe and internationally connected, delivering top-tier sound for some of the most demanding high-end installations, often for celebrities, influential people, and “behind-the-curtain” projects.
Based from our HQ in Belgium, the heart of Europe, you’ll manage and grow our presence across key European markets.
Location & territory
* Remote
* Focus region: DU / FR / UK / Scandinavia
* Preferred: you live close to the center of Europe (for fast and frequent regional coverage)
* You are actively present in the region: visiting dealers, customers, and projects regularly
* Regular presence at industry shows and key customer meetings across the region
Mission (mid-career)
This role is ideal for a mid-career sales professional who wants a meaningful next step: owning a region, building long-term partner value, and growing with a specialized premium brand.
What you’ll do
* Realise sales targets and growth objectives in your region (you own the number)
* Own and grow existing accounts: integrators, dealers, and key partners
* Develop new dealer opportunities (hunter profile): identify, approach, onboard, and activate new partners
* Manage channels & partnerships: strengthen relationships, drive momentum, and ensure the brand is represented at the highest standard
* Represent Procella at shows and customer events (you’ll meet international customers and be part of standout moments)
* Explore new possibilities in the market: uncover projects, partnerships, and growth channels
* Report & align with HQ: keep the team informed on pipeline, partner performance, and market insights
Who we’re looking for
* A true hunter: proactive, confident reaching out, and energized by building new business
* Passion for AV / high-end audio (this matters we’re a brand for enthusiasts and professionals)
* Comfortable working internationally and travel-ready for meetings and shows.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial instincts.
* Organized and reliable in follow-up (you manage accounts and channels with ownership)
* Region-first mindset: you’re on the ground in DU/FR/UK/Scandinavia, majority is remote.
Languages
•English required
•French highly appreciated (key for regional shows and customers)
•German is a big plus
•Multilingual mindset = strong advantage
