Litho R&D Engineer
Initial 12 month freelance contract + possible extensions
Leuven, Belgium (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

40 hours/week
As Litho R&D Engineer you will be a member of the Advanced Litho Process Group at our client and be closely working with their memory program to work on litho-centric solutions to address different challenges on memory device integration.
The assignment
* Designing, executing and analysing the experiments regarding process development.
* Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop litho processes for memory applications.
* Addressing the process and integration challenges related to litho, alignment and overlay.
* Documenting and transferring the learnings to the customer, our client’s memory program and Process Line when applicable.
Required knowledge and skills
* A PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science ideally with cleanroom experience
* Experience with semiconductor processing, litho experience being an asset.
* Well organized and eager to learn.
* Good technical problem-solving skills and are comfortable with multitasking.
* Excellent communicator and have good reporting skills.
* Fluent in English.
