You as Project Manager - New Product Development & Industrialization:
As Project Manager – New Product Development and Industrialization, you guide development projects from concept to industrialization. You coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure aligned decision-making, and secure professional execution according to Jaga’s development standards.
Project Management from Concept to Industrialization
Coordinate NPD projects from idea generation to industrial handover.
Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, budgets, and resource planning.
Report progress, bottlenecks, and key risks to stakeholders and management.
Ensure structured execution according to Jaga’s development standards.
Act as a bridge between R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing.
Facilitate clear communication and consistent alignment between teams.
Support the development of a professional and consistent project culture within the organization.
Manage customer-specific product development projects in close collaboration with R&D, Technical Support, and Sales.
Coordinate with the Production team to plan, prepare, and follow up on manufacturing activities for co-engineering projects.
Maintain structured project documentation across all ongoing development projects.
Use dashboards, action lists, and risk registers to ensure transparent project control.
Experience in project management & new product development within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Clear and confident communicator able to guide teams without formal authority.
Experience with customer-specific development or technical collaboration is a plus.
Familiarity with NPD processes, industrialization, or Stage-Gate-like governance is an asset.
