The Role
As the Construction Lead Supervisor, you will take ownership of all construction activities on a significant commercial site in Belgium. You will guide site teams, manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality requirements, and ensure the project meets critical deadlines and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership:
Manage subcontractors and site teams, driving performance and collaboration.
* Materials & Logistics:
Ensure timely availability and efficient management of materials.
* Site Supervision:
Oversee daily site activities to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and regulations.
* Reporting:
Provide progress, risk, and budget updates to project managers and stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Communication:
Act as primary on-site contact for project managers, engineers, and contractors.
* Scheduling & Coordination:
Plan and coordinate work schedules, resolving on-site challenges.
* Quality & Safety:
Maintain quality standards, enforce QA procedures, and uphold safety protocols.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years experience as a Construction Supervisor or Lead in large commercial building projects. Data Centers are an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and Belgian building regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English
; French or Dutch is a plus.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Safety certifications (e.g., VCA, OSHA) preferred.
* Based in Belgium or willing to relocate

Salary & Benefits
* Salary:
€90,000 – €130,000 (depending on experience)
