About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, meticulous, and eager-to-learn Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team for the upcoming summer and autumn season. You will work closely with our finance team, gaining real-world experience in financial control and daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities
* Invoice Management: Receiving, classifying, and posting vendor and supplier invoices into our accounting system.
* Bank Reconciliation: Matching and validating bank transactions with company records to ensure everything balances perfectly.
* Month-End Closing Support: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial closings (June through October) to help report the company's real financial status.
Qualifications
* Target Profile: Master’s degree student, studying or Graduate in Business Administration (ADE), Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Essential: Must be eligible to sign an internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with your university, business school, or master’s program.
Required Skills
* Good command of MS Excel (basic formulas, data organization).
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactivity.
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (working with international invoices/data).
* Strong proficiency in AI applied to finance/accounting
Preferred Skills
* Bonus points: Basic knowledge of accounting software (Holded, SAP, Sage, etc.).
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: €250 / month.
