Main Purpose of the Job
Manage the Area Infant Nutrition Field Medical Operations team, business, and resources by setting and executing a nationally aligned business strategy. Lead a high-performing team of medical and pharma delegates to ensure compliant strategy execution and meet business objectives.
Main Tasks:
* Compliance: Ensure all team and regional activities comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local regulations, using the Code Management system as a guiding document.
* Area Strategy: Implement the Operational Masterplan (OMP) and action plans based on business insights, market data, and resources to grow market share and promote Nestlé products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* People Management and Development: Build a high-performing team of medical and pharma delegates through skills evaluation, coaching, and career development plans. Support cross-functional alignment with company goals.
* KOL Management: Identify, develop, and interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase advocacy through networking, congresses, and scientific events.
* Resource Management: Oversee budget, tools, detailing materials, and samples to ensure compliance and achievement of business targets.
* Product Availability: Contribute to forecasting, communicate with supply chain, and ensure product availability in trade channels to support market share growth and product advocacy.
Profile:
* University degree in Nutrition (preferred), Communication, Marketing, or Management.
* 2-3 years of first-line management in field operations, with responsibilities in recruitment, coaching, performance, and resource management, or 3-4 years in performance development management, or at least 5 years of successful field delegation in medical/pharmaceutical/nutritional sectors.
* Advanced to expert skills competency (NLF).
* Strong team management, relationship building, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* IT skills in business management and data analytics.
* Scientific knowledge of the category.
* Languages: Fluent French, Professional English.
