As a Facility & Office Coordinator you are making sure that the office runs smoothly. You are the first point of contact for everything that is "office" related. Client Details Our client is an international company with strong sustainability intentions Description Liaising with the landlord and fellow tenants Arrange office cleaning, plants, garbage bins etc. Welcome colleagues and guests and provide them with the necessary information Arrange team presents for various celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries etc) Handling phone calls and voice mails Managing parking and desk registration system Ensure the periodic maintenance of the office (building, doors, alarms, electricity, printers, etc.) Making sure the office and kitchen supplies are well-managed (stock and orders) Schedule, prepare and attend meetings Supporting business on administrative tasks when required, like travel management IT Support; you make sure new colleagues have a well-functioning laptop on their first day of work, set-up mobile phones, ensure desks are properly equipped etc. Profile High level of French/ Dutch and English both verbally and in writing You already have a first (even small) experience within an organisational/administrative function You are a very organised person You are assertive, decisive, and solution-oriented with a flexible attitude You are willing to learn different things and to work in an international environment Job Offer Temporary mission from May until October 2024 Great place to work with nice sustainable values Easily accessible by public transport Very human-oriented company
